Oh what a night! HorseSales.Auction managed to sell all foals at the first foal auction of the 2022 season. A 100% score. With an average price of more than €12.000. Absolute auction topper was the Cumano-son Churchill. He will leave for America for €30.000 euro. But there were many more foals that changed hands with double figures. Take Corcovado van het Distelhof (Cornet Obolensky) for example. A direct son of World Cup winner Top Secret who moves for €19.000 to Switzerland. A Golden Boy Z the full brother of top stallion Astrix de Couleur flies for €18.500 to South Africa. And Chacco Blue daughter Stellabalia will cross the German border for €17.000.
Among the young horses Avoye (Amadeo vh Vossenhof) drew the most attention. He was sold for no less than €34.000 to a Dutch rider. With Eoile de la Vie Portugal secured for €26.000 a real top jumper. The Diamant de Semilly offspring Noblesse Nada R.T. and Delsy Joy Z moved to Spain and Germany for €23.000. And Maloubet de Pleville gets a reference in South Africa with Nina Richi B for €18.500. Except for one horse all jumpers were sold for well over €10.000
