The Woodland's International Sales team, consisting of Niels Bruynseels, Stijn Van Campenhout, Nick Van Turnhout and Nick Vrins, can once again look back with satisfaction on a wonderful collection presented to a large audience. The buyers and bidders present also appreciated the collection, because with a turnover of just under 2 million euros, all records were broken!

Quilano van de D&D Hoeve was the eye-catcher of the evening. The 5-year-old AES-approved stallion is a descendant of Karmel van de Watering and Uzi and managed to make several people extremely interested. In the end, the black pearl was auctioned to the Putters family for a record amount of 280,000 euros.

But Quilano van de D&D Hoeve was not the only horse to cross the 200,000 euro mark! Rob Roy van de Bisschop, a 4-year-old Zangersheide approved stallion by Di Cantero van ter Hulst x Jenson van't Meulenhof, changed owners for 220,000 euros. He also stays in Belgium thanks to Pieter Devos!

The third most expensive amount was paid for Vivanabis PS, this BWP-approved stallion by Vivant van de Heffinck x Canabis Z was sold for 155,000 euros to a regular customer from Denmark.

Scarlett, a 6-year-old daughter of Stolzenberg, left to France for 145,000 euros, while other horses in the collection found a home in America, the Czech Republic, Ireland, Slovakia, ... Also Leonie Peeters, who finished 3rd last month in the CSI3* Grand Prix of Brussels with Woodland's reference Tinkoucha Hero Z, bought again at Woodland's. This time she chose Quint BT, a 5-year-old son of Iron Man van de Padenborre who went under the hammer for 135,000 euros.

Of the 9 embryos, the highest price was paid for the embryo out of the dam line of Casall ASK. This embryo, already sexed female, was sold for 19,000 euros. A Belgian customer paid 18,000 euros for the Chacco Blue embryo directly out of the 1m60 jumping Ode des Roches.

“Of course we are extremely satisfied with such prizes,” the team looks back on the evening. “On the other hand, it gives us great pleasure to have customers who come back every year. We would like to thank everyone who has viewed and tried out our collection. Thank you and see you next year!”
