Hereby we proudly present you the 14 selected embryos that will be auctioned online. Selected from Europe’s best dam lines combined with proven and some promising stallions. With this, the selectors once again live up to our slogan “The Power of Performance”.

Dressage embryos

Cas van der Oord and Lauw van Vliet, responsible for the dressage embryos, have put together a nice collection for you. Cas: “We managed to select something exclusive. It’s great that we managed to get hold of two Indian Rocks. This stallion broke through with Emmelie Witte-Scholtens and his offsprings look very promising. That the embryos come from the mares O. Bertje and Endy O. is the icing on the cake!”

The latter Endy O. is a daughter of Lord Leatherdale and performed at ZZ-Licht level. Endy O. is a daughter of Zendy who was successful at PSG / Inter I level and thus one of the many top dressage horses from this line. The other Indian Rock embryo is out of the famous mare O. Bertje (Contango x Amor). Offspring from this mare are highly sought after, as everything from the mare seems to be capable of sport. Besides several PSG / Inter I and ZZ-Licht horses, she is the mother of two GP horses, Tango (approved KWPN stallion) and Bonzanjo.

Stallion mothers

Upcoming talent Total McLaren has an embryo in the auction in combination with Helianthe (Apache x Democrat). “Helianthe is the dam of KWPN stallion Ladignac who is doing very well in the sport. Last year Total McLaren was voted as stallion with the most promising offspring in Denmark. We think that in combination with this mare it can become something very special!” said Van der Oord.

Another stallion mother is Sabine (Havidoff x Wolfgang). In combination with Vivaldi she produced the PSG / Inter I stallion Ferdinand. In addition, she gave three other horses that act at the same level. “The embryo of her descends on the father’s side from Glamourdale, who with Charlotte Fry is running very successful at Grand Prix level and seems to be doing very well in terms of inheritance. A very interesting embryo!”

Desperados FRH and Damon Hill

Donnerhall’s dressage prowess comes via his grandson Desperados FRH and son Damon Hill. Cas: “Grand Prix stallion Damon Hill is already an older stallion that, unfortunately, we don’t see very often anymore. Here he is used on the half-sister of another Grand Prix stallion, Charmeur out of the previously mentioned Endy line. A godsend to get hold of something special!”

By Desperados FRH, for years a fixture on the German team, an embryo will be in the auction in combination with the Z2 dressage mare Wildfire Ferra (Ferro x Rubinstein I). Van der Oord: “This mare has no less than two sisters who perform at GP-level. The combination Donnerhall, Ferro and Rubinstein makes every dressage lover’s mouth water. A very attractive embryo!”

For the lover who really can’t get enough of Donnerhall there is a unique opportunity. Namely, a straw of frozen semen will be auctioned from this old master! Also on offer will be a straw of Florestan I. Like Donnerhall, a stallion that never goes out of fashion. Both straws are free to use for ICSI.

Jumping embryos

Willem van Hoof and Fred van Straaten, this time with the help of Bob Janssens, succeeded in collecting a very special group of jumping embryos for this auction. With embryos closely related to absolute top mares like Valentina van ‘t Heike, Babbe van ‘t Roosakker, Narcotique de Muze II and Candy, the selectors are very pleased.

Valentina van ‘t Heike

No less than two embryos are closely related to Valentina van ‘t Heike, the top mare of brand new national coach Jos Lansink. Willem van Hoof: “Both embryos are out of Numero Uno mares. One of them, Kissable van ‘t Heike, has been active at 1.40 level and is a half sister of Valentina through her mother. The list of other brothers and sisters jumping at high level is endless. On the sire’ side the other embryo from this line is from a Numero Uno x Darco which then goes back to Valentina’s dam. “The Darco mare jumped 1.50 and is the mother of top horses like Fair Light van ‘t Heike and Evian van ‘t Heike. Jumping genes in abundance!” according to Willem.

G&C Arrayan

If For Pleasure x Mr. Blue x Grannus is not enough to make your mouth water, it will be when we tell you that the Mr. Blue mare (Justine W) is a half sister of the fantastic G & C Arrayan, who is very successful at the highest level. Justine W. is now competing internationally at 1.35 classes and seems to be just as talented as her brother. Willem: “Arrayan has proven to be able to perform at the highest level for a long time, that is quality you like to see back in a mare line. For Pleasure also had that same quality, which makes this embryo very attractive.”

Van ‘t Roosakker

The selectors succeeded in selecting no less than two Roosakker descendants for you. The embryos of Chacco Blue and Baloubet du Rouet are both from Korona van ‘t Hoogeinde (Echo van ‘t Spieveld x Darco x Kannan). Her mother, Geena van ‘t Roosakker, was a successful 1.55 mare and her grandmother is none other than Babbe van ‘t Roosakker who jumped 1.60 herself. Behind that we see foundation dam Usha van ‘t Roosakker who stands at the basis of all the showjumping power from this renowned family (Erco van ‘t Roosakker, Cella, Emperio van ‘t Roosakker, Equador van ‘t Roosakker, George Z etc.). “This lineage no longer needs any introduction, it’s unprecedented what talent comes out of it. That is no coincidence!” said Van Hoof.

Another embryo by Chacco Blue will be auctioned in the auction. “This embryo comes from Indiana van HD (Toulon x Nabab de Reve), her mother is the very famous mare Candy. She jumped with Pieter Devos at the very highest level. Indiana, successful at 1.45 level, is the mother of Maxwell van HD, who was classified 1.50 at the age of ten,” says van Hoof. This line has produced many other top horses such as Grand Canyon van HD, Handy van HD and Important de Muze.

Emerald van ‘t Ruytershof

The now retired giant Emerald van ‘t Ruytershof can now be found at the top of the rankings as a sire. Our selectors were able to select two unique embryos from him from very interesting mares. “The first embryo comes from the mare G-condita VDH. Out of the grandmother of this embryo came the 1.60m jumping Ci Ci Senjor ASK, who was ridden at the highest level under Soren and Karen Möller.”

The other embryo of Emerald comes from one of the most famous lines in the world, the Qerly Chin line. The mother is Baraka de Muze (Goethe x Darco), she is also the mother of Sterrehof’s Ushi (successful with the entire Houtzager family at the highest level). Baraka is a daughter of Narcotique de Muze II and that makes her a half sister of Querlybet Hero, Loro Piana Boyante de Muze, Farfelu de la Pomme, Sea Coast Ferly and Giovani de la Pomme. The list of 1.60 offspring from this family is exceptional and that makes this embryo highly sought after.
