One for the books!

What a striking appearance this Alvaro Z is, with his beautiful model and light colored tail! He is a long-legged, modern show jumper with all the scope and a great opening hind end. Alvaro Z has just been started under saddle and seems to have a lovely character.

His sire is the Asca Z son Amadeo van 't Vossenhof. This stallion performs under Frederic Vernaet at 1.55m level and his still young offspring seems very promising! Among others, the Zangersheide approved Toby van de Barlebuis is one of his promising offspring.

Amadeo van 't Vossenhof comes from a real performance family, his dam Caloma II Z (by Carthago Z) herself jumped at 1.60m-level and besides Amadeo gave two more offspring at Grand Prix-level.

Alvaro Z's dam descends from Carosso VDL, the powerful grey stallion who continued his career in America. Behind that we see through Alvaro Z's grandmother the blood of the well-known thoroughbred stallion Sit This One Out xx who produced very versatile offspring.
